What happened
Conduent Inc. made materially false and misleading statements and omissions concerning the status of its legacy IT systems and infrastructure, and whether its IT infrastructure had been properly inventoried or mapped before consolidating and migrating data centers. This caused the company's stock price to be artificially inflated until the truth was revealed.
Do you qualify?
All persons who purchased Conduent common stock on the open market on a United States stock exchange from February 21, 2018 through November 6, 2018, inclusive, and who were damaged thereby. Excludes Conduent and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, as well as the named defendants and their family members.
