Hourly employees who worked for Novant Health between September 19, 2021 and February 11, 2023, were subject to the timeclock rounding policy, and worked at least one workweek of 40 hours or more during that period.

Submit a valid Claim Form to ILYM Group, Inc. either online or by mail to P.O. Box 2031, Tustin, CA 92781, postmarked or electronically submitted no later than July 10, 2026. You will receive an estimated settlement payment amount based on your length of employment during the relevant period. You should have received an ILYM ID on a postcard notice to use when submitting your claim.
