Investors alleged that Energy Transfer LP and four individual defendants violated federal securities laws by making false and misleading statements during 2017-2019 regarding Energy Transfer's construction of pipeline projects in Pennsylvania. The class includes all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired common units of Energy Transfer between February 25, 2017, and November 11, 2019, inclusive. Excluded are Energy Transfer itself, its directors, officers, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as anyone who timely requested exclusion.
