Cybercriminals gained unauthorized access to the network systems of Excelsior Orthopaedics and Buffalo Surgery Center on or about June 24, 2024. The breach potentially exposed personal information including names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, identification numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, biometric information, medical diagnosis, financial account information, health insurance information, and prescription information.
