E-Commerce China Dangdang Securities Settlement

E-Commerce China Dangdang, Inc. was involved in a take-private transaction (merger) that closed on September 20, 2016. Shareholders who held American Depositary Shares during the Class Period claim they were harmed by undisclosed information related to the Company's take-private transaction. The defendant has agreed to settle these securities claims without admitting wrongdoing.

Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate Supplement Settlement

Nutricost sold Magnesium Glycinate Supplements marketed as containing 420 mg of magnesium "as magnesium glycinate" when they allegedly did not contain the labeled amount. Nutricost denies any wrongdoing and denies violating any state or federal law.

Individual payment amounts will depend on the total number of valid and timely claims filed by all Settlement Class Members.

Carter v. Green Skyline Apartments Habitability Settlement

The plaintiffs alleged that Green Skyline Apartments failed to maintain habitable conditions in the lobby, elevators, hallways, stairwells, and common areas of their building at 753 James Street in Syracuse. The defendant has neither admitted nor denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid the cost and inconvenience of litigation.

Individual allocated amount determined by number of months lived in building, with a cap in the Settlement Agreement. Each qualifying month equals one point; total points determine each member's share of the Net Settlement Fund.

Elsie Rooftop Wage and Hour Settlement

A former tipped worker sued Elsie Rooftop alleging the restaurant failed to pay proper overtime wages and related wage and hour claims. The defendant denies the allegations and no court ruling was made on the merits. The parties settled to avoid continued litigation.

Payment is estimated based on the number of weeks worked between July 3, 2018 and November 13, 2025; each tipped worker receives the same dollar amount per week worked. Payment amount shows as [AMOUNT] on this page. 20% is subject to payroll tax withholdings (reported on Form W-2); 80% is not subject to deductions (reported on Form 1099).

Splish Splash Ticket Fee Settlement

Festival Fun Parks, LLC d/b/a Palace Entertainment allegedly failed to properly disclose a processing fee for electronic tickets to its Splish Splash waterpark prior to those tickets being selected for purchase, in violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4). The defendant denies violating any law but has agreed to the settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses of continuing the case.

Plaintiffs claim that defendants violated federal securities laws in connection with publicly traded shares of Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. and Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. Legends Hospitality Data Breach Settlement

Legends Hospitality suffered targeted cyberattacks on its computer systems in November 2024, December 2024, and January 2025. Certain files containing Private Information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government ID numbers, financial information, medical information, and health insurance information were accessed. Legends Hospitality denies wrongdoing, and the parties agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.

HSBC Direct Savings Account Settlement

HSBC Bank USA allegedly failed to pay interest in accordance with Direct Savings Account terms for customers who initiated ACH transfers through HSBC's web portal.

Advanced Recovery Data Settlement

Advanced Recovery Equipment & Supplies, LLC experienced unauthorized access to its systems in or around October 2024, compromising files containing personal identifiable information (PII). The defendant denies any wrongdoing in connection with the incident.

Serviceaide, Inc. experienced unauthorized access to its computer systems and network between September 19, 2024, and November 5, 2024, which exposed the private information of current and former patients of Catholic Health. The lawsuit alleges negligence, breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, and invasion of privacy. The defendant denies all wrongdoing.

Lemonade Data Disclosure Settlement

Lemonade, Inc. and Lemonade Insurance Agency, LLC experienced an unauthorized data exposure involving their online insurance quote platform between April 2023 and September 18, 2024. Personal information such as driver's license numbers was compromised, and affected individuals were notified in April and June 2025.

Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union Data Breach Settlement

A targeted cyberattack on Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union's computer systems occurred in July 2024, during which certain files containing private information were accessed. The files may have contained personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, financial information, credit card numbers, and debit card numbers. Parks Heritage denies wrongdoing.

PHL Variable Life COI Settlement

PHL Variable Insurance Company issued letters starting in August 2017 announcing cost of insurance (COI) rate increases for certain Phoenix Accumulator Universal Life (PAUL) and Phoenix Estate Legacy (PEL) policies. Plaintiffs allege these COI rate increases violated the terms of policyholders' contracts. PHL denies the claims but agreed to settle to avoid litigation costs and delays.
