Fidelity Investments Data Breach Settlement
A third party accessed and obtained certain information without authorization on Fidelity's computer network in a data security incident that occurred between August 17 and August 19, 2024. Some individuals' financial account and routing numbers were compromised. Fidelity denies any wrongdoing.
QVAR Antitrust Settlement
Teva allegedly violated antitrust laws by improperly listing patents in the FDA's Orange Book and engaging in product hopping to delay generic competition for QVAR and QVAR Redihaler inhalers, causing consumers and third-party payors to overpay for the brand-name drug. Aspire Health Alliance experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in September 2023. Aspire denies wrongdoing, but has agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid costs, risks, and uncertainties of continued litigation.
