Naper Grove Data Breach Settlement

Naper Grove Vision Care, P.C. suffered a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in May 2025. The attack resulted in unauthorized access to files containing personal information, including names combined with Social Security numbers and other non-public personally identifiable information. Naper Grove denies wrongdoing, and the parties have agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.
