Employees of Loomis or Burroughs who drove a vehicle in Illinois equipped with an internal vehicle camera between May 8, 2019, and March 5, 2026, without having first executed a written consent form for biometric information collection.
How to file
Employees no longer employed by Loomis as of March 5, 2026, must submit a claim form online by June 2, 2026. Employees still employed by Loomis on March 5, 2026, will receive payment automatically without submitting a claim.
