Robbie D. Wood, Inc. experienced a targeted cyberattack in October 2024 that compromised certain computer systems and exposed personal information including names, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, financial account information, medical information, and Social Security numbers. The company denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the merits of the case.

Aidvantage TCPA Settlement

Aidvantage placed artificial or prerecorded voice calls to people's cellular telephones from February 12, 2021 through September 26, 2025, without proper authorization under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The settlement resolves claims brought by class members who did not have accounts serviced by Aidvantage but received these unwanted calls.

Unauthorized actors accessed Henderson & Walton Women's Center's computer systems containing personal information and protected health information between February 11 and February 14, 2022. Henderson has agreed to provide settlement benefits to affected individuals as a result of this cybersecurity incident.
