Compensation for Extraordinary Losses
$2,500 eachCompensation for documented extraordinary losses directly and proximately caused by the Cybersecurity Incident, beyond those covered under the ordinary losses provision, upon submission of detailed claim and supporting documentation.
Compensation for Lost Time
$90 eachReimbursement for time spent monitoring accounts or otherwise dealing with the Cybersecurity Incident, provided the claimant provides an attestation indicating the activities they performed.
