The Money Source TCPA Class Action Settlement

The Money Source, Inc. allegedly placed prerecorded and artificial voice telephone calls to consumers' cellular phones after they had requested the company to stop calling. The calls occurred between February 6, 2019 and May 7, 2025. The defendant denies the allegations and asserts it acted in good faith to comply with all relevant laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
