Documented Losses Cash Payment
$2,500 eachClass Members who incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident between September 26, 2024, and August 26, 2026, can receive reimbursement up to $2,500.00. Losses must be documented with proof such as bank statements or receipts.
Alternative Cash Payment
$50 eachClass Members may claim a one-time alternative cash payment instead of documented losses reimbursement.
