Do you qualify?
Anyone who purchased residential real estate in the United States that was listed on a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) between the state-specific statutory period start date and April 14, 2026. Start dates vary by state, ranging from January 25, 2006 (Puerto Rico) to January 25, 2019 (Texas).
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form by August 25, 2026, either online on the Claim Form page or by mail to the Claims Administrator (postmarked by August 25, 2026). Submitting a claim is the only way to receive settlement benefits.
