Plaintiffs alleged that Dr. Squatch represented certain shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap and other personal care products as natural when they contained synthetic ingredients. Dr. Squatch denies wrongdoing and maintains the products were properly labeled. The parties settled to avoid the costs and uncertainty of litigation.

Complete and submit a Claim Form online at www.PersonalCareProductsSettlement.com or mail it to Dr. Squatch Settlement Administrator, PO Box 1389, Baton Rouge, LA 70821 by November 27, 2026. No proof is required. You will receive your pro rata share of the settlement fund via check or electronic payment after court approval.
