What happened
Thinkware Systems USA, Inc. is accused of misrepresenting and falsely advertising that its dashcam models featured a "Super Night Vision" function, while failing to disclose that this function was only available in parking mode. The defendant denies these allegations and wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.
