Do you qualify?
Settlement Class Members are individuals in Fidelity's records whose financial account and routing number information was compromised in the August 2024 data security incident. Class members may have received prior notice directly from Fidelity.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form by the July 27, 2026 deadline. The fastest way is to submit online at the settlement website, or you can download the form and mail it to the Settlement Administrator, or call/email the Administrator for a paper copy.
