Do you qualify?
Anyone in the United States who had a FitOn account between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026, and accessed the FitOn Video Platform to watch or acquire a pre-recorded video. If you received an email notice for this settlement, you are automatically included.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form by August 31, 2026. Eligible class members who received email notice will receive $10.00 per approved claim, subject to pro rata reduction if total approved claims exceed $2,500,000.
