Certain files containing Private Information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government ID numbers, financial information, medical information, and health insurance information were accessed. Legends Hospitality denies wrongdoing, and the parties agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.
