Lemonade, Inc. and Lemonade Insurance Agency, LLC experienced an unauthorized data exposure involving their online insurance quote platform between April 2023 and September 18, 2024. Personal information such as driver's license numbers was compromised, and affected individuals were notified in April and June 2025.

You are included in the Settlement Class if you received a notice of the Data Exposure informing you that your Personal Information was compromised. Those notices were sent in April 2025 and June 2025.

How to file

Submit a timely and valid Claim Form online through the Settlement Website, or download the Claim Form from the Documents page and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at In re Lemonade, Inc. Data Disclosure Litigation, c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, P.O. Box 225391, New York, NY 10150-5391. The deadline is September 8, 2026. All Class Members automatically receive Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services without needing to submit a claim.
