Defendant GMO-Z.com Trust Company, Inc. allegedly violated New York and California law by failing to provide accurate disclosure concerning the stability of GYEN (a cryptocurrency) during the settlement class period. Anyone who purchased or acquired GYEN in New York or California between December 29, 2020 and October 10, 2025 (inclusive), during a time when GYEN was unpegged from the Japanese yen, and lost money as a result.
How to file
If you received a LoginID and PIN with the Notice, log into the Submit a Claim page to verify your eligibility and provide any additional GYEN transaction information. If you did not receive a LoginID and PIN, submit your GYEN transaction information through the Submit a Claim page on the website or mail a paper Claim Form by June 5, 2026.
