Fathom Realty sent text messages through its former real estate agent Marcus Edwards to people whose phone numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days, allegedly violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Fathom denies all allegations of wrongdoing and has agreed to settle the class action without admitting liability.
Do you qualify?
Anyone who from August 15, 2021 through December 15, 2024 received more than one text message within a 12-month period from or on behalf of Marcus Edwards at Fathom Realty when their telephone number had been listed on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days at the time the messages were sent.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form by January 7, 2026 to receive a payment. This is the only way to get compensation from the settlement.
