Do you qualify?
You qualify if you were a nonexempt employee who worked in Pret stores in New York State between February 15, 2019 and February 1, 2024 (NYLL Class Member), or in New York City between July 22, 2021 and February 1, 2024 (NYCFW Class Member).
How to file
Submit the Claim Form and Release along with IRS Form W9 to the Settlement Claims Administrator by January 2, 2026. By submitting the Claim Form, you give up the right to separately sue Pret for the wage and hour claims covered in this settlement.
