Class members without an active ESOP account and not in pay status must submit a Settlement Payment Election Form by March 30, 2026, to receive their payment by check or retirement account rollover. Class members in pay status will receive payment according to the plan recordkeeper's election on file. No specific proof of purchase is mentioned as required.
