Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. suffered a data breach detected on or about April 14, 2024, in which an unauthorized third party may have gained access to files containing private information (names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and other personally identifiable information) of individuals who applied to Frontier for residential services. The company detected the breach and notified affected individuals in or around June 2024.

How to file
