General Motors allegedly sold 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks with 6.6L Duramax diesel engines that had defective CP4 fuel pumps requiring costly repairs. Do you qualify?
Anyone who bought a 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine from a GM-authorized dealer in California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, New York, Pennsylvania, or Texas between March 1, 2010 and September 13, 2024.
How to file
For past repairs: submit a Claim Form (deadline passed November 6, 2025). For future repairs: submit a Reimbursement Request Form within 60 days of the repair date (deadline July 5, 2026). Use the VIN Lookup page to verify vehicle eligibility. Documentation of repair costs is required.
