Do you qualify?

Anyone who signed a lease with Home Partners or was listed as an occupant or household member on a Home Partners lease during the applicable class period for their state. The class periods vary by state: December 22, 2019 through July 31, 2025 for most states; March 1, 2016 through July 31, 2025 for Minnesota; September 21, 2016 through July 31, 2025 for Washington; and May 1, 2017 through July 31, 2025 for Colorado.

How to file

All former and current residents who were eligible receive an automatic pro rata payment. Additional reimbursement for repair and maintenance costs required submitting a claim by October 27, 2025 (deadline has passed). Settlement payments began distribution on March 3, 2026, with checks taking up to two weeks for delivery.
