What happened
Ingram Micro Americas, Inc. experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in July 2025 that compromised files containing private information. These files included personal data such as names and Social Security numbers of current and former employees. Ingram Micro denies it did anything wrong, and the parties agreed to settle to avoid the costs and uncertainties of continuing litigation.
