Do you qualify?

Air Force, Space Force, Air Force Reserve, or Air National Guard members with discharge dates from October 7, 2001 onward who received General or Other Than Honorable discharges, submitted at least one discharge upgrade application on or after September 13, 2006, have not received upgrades to Honorable, and have documented diagnoses or evidence of PTSD, traumatic brain injury, other mental health conditions, military sexual trauma, or sexual assault/harassment.

How to file

Eligible class members will receive separate notices regarding automatic reconsideration of certain decisions (2015-2023) or reapplication rights (2006-2015). The Air Force and class counsel will send notices with details on how to proceed, including referral information for free legal representation and medical services. Additional evidence can be submitted within 60 days of receiving notice.
