Do you qualify?
All non-excluded persons or entities who were royalty owners in Oklahoma wells and received gas royalty payments from JMA Energy for wells it operated between January 1, 2015 and May 31, 2025, regardless of the form of gas or gas constituents (including residue gas, casinghead gas, natural gas liquids, helium, nitrogen, and drip condensate).
How to file
The settlement has received final court approval as of June 9, 2026. Class members who did not exclude themselves will automatically receive their share of the Net Settlement Fund (the $1,808,500 fund minus attorneys' fees, costs, and case contribution awards) based on the Allocation Methodology defined in the Settlement Agreement.
