How to file
Submit a Claim Form by October 30, 2025. You must claim to receive credit monitoring and insurance services for three years and either a documented loss payment (up to $10,000 with proof of losses) or a pro rata cash fund payment. Submitting a claim means you give up the right to sue Keenan separately.
