Settlement payment allocation
Class members who participated in the Land O'Lakes Employee Savings and Supplemental Retirement Plan during the class period will receive a share of the Net Settlement Amount according to a Plan of Allocation approved by the Court.
Who is in the class
All persons who participated in the Plan at any time during the Class Period, including any Beneficiary of a deceased person who participated in the Plan at any time during the Class Period, and any Alternate Payee of a person subject to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order who participated in the Plan at any time during the Class Period. Excluded from the Settlement Class are the members of the Land O'Lakes, Inc. Retirement Plan Committee during the Class Period.

How to file
No claim filing is required. If you are a current Plan participant with a positive account balance, settlement funds will be deposited into your Plan account. If you are a former participant, settlement funds will be paid directly to you by the Settlement Administrator. Settlement payments are being distributed according to a Court-approved Plan of Allocation.
