Do you qualify?

Anyone in the United States who purchased an Apple MacBook, MacBook Air, or MacBook Pro between 2015 and 2019 equipped with a butterfly keyboard and had it repaired. Group 1: Those with at least two Topcase Replacements. Group 2: Those with a single Topcase Replacement where the repair did not resolve issues. Group 3: Those with one or more Keycap Replacements where the repairs did not resolve issues.

How to file

Group 1 members automatically receive payments and should confirm their mailing address using the Change of Address form. Group 2 and Group 3 members must submit a Claim Form declaring the repair did not resolve keyboard issues; additional proof may be required if Apple has no record of purchase or repair. All claim deadlines have passed (March 6, 2023).
