What happened

On or around September 13, 2024, a cybercriminal accessed Mile Hi Foods' network and obtained personal information. Mile Hi Foods mailed notice of the data incident to affected customers. The defendant denies any wrongdoing and admits to no violations of law.

  Eligible Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form may select credit monitoring services as a settlement benefit.

• Cash Payment - Ordinary Losses and Extraordinary Losses

  Eligible Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form may select cash payment for ordinary losses and extraordinary losses.

• Alternative Cash Payment

  Eligible Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form may select an alternative cash payment option.
