In April 2023, Murfreesboro Medical Clinic suffered a ransomware attack and data breach that gave third-party criminals access to private and health information of patients and employees. The clinic denies wrongdoing and states it was a victim of criminal acts, but has agreed to settle to avoid litigation costs.
Do you qualify?
All persons whose private information may have been compromised in the April 2023 data breach and to whom MMC sent notice of the breach, whether or not they received it. Excludes MMC officers and directors, those who timely opt out, the judge and court staff, and those criminally convicted of initiating the breach.
