Policyholders with Structural Loss claims filed with West Bend Mutual Insurance Company in Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin between March 29, 2020 and June 30, 2022, or in Missouri between March 29, 2012 and June 30, 2022.
