Do you qualify?
Insureds who purchased stacked Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist coverage on New Mexico automobile policies covering a single vehicle (automobile, motorcycle, or RV) issued by, renewed by, or in effect with the named Progressive and affiliated insurance companies from January 1, 2009, through April 30, 2025. This includes people who are no longer insured with Progressive.
How to file
Visit the settlement website and submit your claim or make a payment election. The Claims Filing Deadline and Payment Election Deadline are both February 26, 2026. Filing a claim or receiving payment will not cause your insurance premiums to increase.
