What happened
Between January 16 and February 22, 2023, PurFoods suffered a cyberattack that may have resulted in unauthorized access to personal information of customers, employees, and independent contractors. The company notified approximately 1.2 million individuals of the breach in August and September 2023. PurFoods denies any wrongdoing.
Do you qualify?
All residents of the United States who received notice that their personal information may have been accessed, stolen, or compromised in the PurFoods data incident. Excluded are PurFoods officers and directors, those who timely request exclusion, court personnel and their families, and those criminally convicted of initiating or aiding the breach.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form online or by mail (postmarked no later than October 30, 2025). You can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses related to the breach (such as fraud, identity theft, credit repair fees, or credit freeze costs) or elect to receive a pro rata Cash Award estimated at $75. All claimants can also receive three years of credit monitoring and insurance services.
