Restek Corporation experienced a data security incident beginning around June 2, 2023, that compromised the personal information of current and former employees. Restek maintains it had meritorious defenses and denies wrongdoing, but agreed to settle the lawsuit to resolve the disputed claims.

Anyone residing in the United States whose personal information was compromised in the Restek data security incident that began on or around June 2, 2023, including all those who received notice of the incident.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form online or by mail postmarked no later than January 9, 2026. Eligible claimants can receive cash payments and/or credit monitoring services from Restek.
