Between June 29 and July 18, 2023, cybercriminals breached Saint Xavier University's computer systems and potentially accessed personally identifying information, financial account information, medical information, and health insurance information belonging to current and former students, prospective students, employees, and their dependents. The defendant denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle.
