What happened

Investors alleged that Silvergate Capital Corporation violated federal securities laws by making false and misleading statements about Silvergate Bank's vetting, due diligence, and monitoring of customers. Silvergate Capital has settled the claims for $37.5 million in cash without admitting wrongdoing.

Do you qualify?

The Settlement Class includes all persons and entities who purchased Silvergate Capital common stock from November 7, 2019 through March 21, 2023, and all persons who purchased Silvergate Capital securities in its 2021 offerings (common stock offerings on or about January 22, 2021, March 9 through May 18, 2021, and December 7, 2021, and Preferred Stock IPO on or around July 29, 2021). Excluded are Defendants, their directors and officers, and their immediate family members.
