Anyone who spent $5.00 or more within a 24-hour period on these games in Kentucky during specified dates: Cash Frenzy (December 18, 2018 - February 24, 2021), Lotsa Slots (March 27, 2019 - February 4, 2021), Jackpot World (May 18, 2018 - March 8, 2021), Jackpot Crush (November 26, 2019 - February 24, 2021), or Vegas Friends (April 13, 2019 - March 2, 2021).
How to file
You must complete and submit a Claim Form to receive a payment. The claim deadline was February 16, 2026 (deadline has passed). Settlement Class Member payments will come from a $285,500 fund after deducting administrative costs, notice costs, attorneys' fees, and any class representative incentive award.
