Sysco Corporation experienced a cybersecurity event in which personal information of class members was potentially compromised. The company sent notice of the event to affected individuals in or around May 2023. Sysco denies any wrongdoing.

Do you qualify?

All individuals who reside in the United States to whom Sysco sent notice of the Cybersecurity Event in or around May 2023. Excluded are judges, company officers and directors, persons who opted out, and those convicted of initiating or aiding the cybersecurity event.

Class members can claim documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000 with proof of expenses incurred between May 12, 2023 and the claims deadline, a residual cash payment of $100-$200 (up to $599), and/or two years of credit monitoring services.
