Tangoe US, Inc. experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in November 2022 that compromised private information including names, dates of birth, social security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, medication information, medical billing/claims information, and financial account information. Tangoe denies wrongdoing, and the parties agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continuing the litigation.
Do you qualify?
Class Members are individuals identified by Tangoe's records who were affected by the November 2022 security incident and whose private information was compromised. Class Members may have received previous notice directly from Tangoe.
How to file
Submit a valid and timely Claim Form by June 3, 2026. You can submit your Claim Form online at the settlement website, download and mail it to the Settlement Administrator, or call or email the Settlement Administrator to receive a paper copy.
