TracFone Wireless experienced a data security incident in December 2021. The class alleges that TracFone was negligent and breached contractual and statutory duties in connection with this incident. TracFone denies that it did anything wrong.

Current or former TracFone Wireless customers, including those who used Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, Net10 Wireless, Wal-Mart Family Mobile, or Total Wireless, who were affected by the data security incident on or before December 2021.
