Do you qualify?
The class consists of all entities that purchased, paid, or provided reimbursement for Tracleer or bosentan for their members, employees, insureds, participants, or beneficiaries (not for resale) in specified states including Arizona, California, Illinois, Florida, Maryland, New York, and others, between December 29, 2015, and September 6, 2024. Excluded are the defendants and their subsidiaries, and federal and state governmental entities.
