Do you qualify?
The Class consists of all entities that purchased, paid, and/or provided reimbursement for Tracleer or bosentan for their members, employees, insureds, participants or beneficiaries (other than for resale) in 33 specified states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico between December 29, 2015 and September 6, 2024. Excluded are Defendants and their subsidiaries/affiliates, and federal and state governmental entities.
