Transak USA, LLC experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in September 2024 that compromised private information. Files accessed in the data incident may have contained addresses, driver's license numbers, and dates of birth. Transak denies wrongdoing.

Anyone whose private information was compromised in the September 2024 Transak USA data breach. If you received notice of this settlement, Transak's records indicate you are a Settlement Class Member.
How to file
