Do you qualify?
All individuals residing in the United States whose personally identifiable information was compromised in the November 2022 data incident and to whom TRISTAR sent a Notice of Data Incident on or around February 1, 2024. Settlement class members were notified via mail.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form by July 15, 2026. This is the only way to receive settlement benefits. Class members should have received notice of the settlement by mail with instructions for submitting claims.
