Credit Monitoring Services
Settlement Class Members are eligible to receive two years of Credit Monitoring Services through one bureau upon submission of a Valid Claim. The Settlement Administrator will send an activation code that can be used to activate Credit Monitoring Services.
Documented Out-of-Pocket Loss Reimbursement
$2,500 eachAll Settlement Class Members who submit a Valid Claim are eligible to receive reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses caused by the Data Breach, including costs to obtain credit reports, credit freeze fees, card replacement fees, late fees, over-limit fees, interest and fees on payday loans, bank or credit card fees, postage and mileage, and costs associated with up to one year of credit monitoring or identity theft insurance purchased after October 4, 2024.
Alternative Cash Payment
$45 eachAs an alternative to Expense Reimbursement, Settlement Class Members may submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment. The amount will be calculated by distributing remaining Settlement Fund evenly amongst Settlement Class Members who elected to receive an Alternative Cash Payment.
