Do you qualify?
Current or past owners or lessees of model year 2018-2024 Volkswagen Atlas vehicles with specific Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) that were imported and distributed by Volkswagen Group of America in the United States or Puerto Rico. Excluded are judges and their spouses, VWGoA employees and their families, commercial resellers, and those with salvaged title vehicles.
How to file
Mail a completed Claim Form with proof of repair invoice and payment documentation to JND Legal Administration (postmarked by August 4, 2025), or submit online through the settlement website by the same date. Proof must include the original repair invoice, proof of payment, and vehicle VIN documentation.
