EEOC v. Meathead Movers Age Discrimination Settlement
The EEOC alleged that Meathead Movers, Inc. violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act by engaging in age discrimination in hiring and recruitment since at least 2017. The company was accused of discriminating against job applicants based on their age. Meathead Movers agreed to settle these claims through a court-approved Consent Decree on October 14, 2025.

EEOC v AMTCR (McDonald's) Settlement
The EEOC alleged that AMTCR Companies, which operate approximately 21 McDonald's restaurants in Nevada, Arizona, and California, engaged in unlawful employment practices by subjecting certain employees to sexual harassment and/or a sexually hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The AMTCR Companies agreed to settle the case with a Consent Decree approved by the court on January 5, 2023.
